Awareness Program

After recognizing what needs to change (where you are), it is important to chart a course to where you want to go (the goal on the map of life).

Everything is connected and for successful navigation of change, the inner qualities of attention, self-discipline, and authenticity need to be cultivated and strengthened.
In order to engender and make a positive change consistent, you need unimpeded access to a trusted guidance over period of time.

It is noted that when we aspire to make a genuine transformation, the inertia of all previous unexamined decisions and habits could show up as outer obstacles, both in personal life and work.

Awareness is a coaching module that could be used to discover or refine life’s most cherished, sincere and meaningful aspirations.
It could also be used to organize and mature skills for a well-balanced, functioning life.

The Awareness is a three-month module of weekly one-hour sessions, totaling twelve individual sessions.
